Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days from the date received to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, kindly visit https://support.xyzmerch.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 2405 Lifehaus Industrial Drive, STE 106, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
Upon acceptance of your return, we can provide you with a return shipping label at your cost and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.
**Note:** All returned orders must be accompanied by a tracking number and a delivery confirmation service. XYZ Merchandise LLC assumes no responsibility for returns or exchanges unless the customer provides tracking information. XYZ Merchandise LLC is solely responsible for items received and cannot assume responsibility for returns or exchanges lost during the shipping process.
In the event that you receive an incorrect item, kindly submit a ticket at https://support.xyzmerch.com. We will promptly rectify the situation and ensure that you receive the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.
Clothing Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing that has been washed or worn. If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. We will then ship the exchange back to you at our cost. When issuing refunds for returned items, we refund the cost of the items, but not the shipping cost.
Music Items
At this time, we only accept exchanges or returns on music items that have not been opened.
Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the incorrect item, please contact us promptly to address the issue. To facilitate the resolution, please provide detailed documentation with photographs when submitting an inquiry.
Vinyl shipping is a delicate process, and we take every precaution to safeguard your shipment. However, we do not provide replacements for cosmetic damages incurred during transit. Additionally, we do not offer replacements or refunds for records shipped via Media Mail.
Exchanges, returns, or refunds are not applicable to books of any kind, including graphic novels, comic books, or other similar publications. Should you encounter any issues with your book order, please direct your inquiries to XYZ Merchandise LLC for further assistance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
