Shipping policy

All products purchased from this store will be shipped via United States Postal Service, FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS) within 2-7 Days of your purchase, holidays excepted. If you need expedited service, please let us know when you check out. We will do our best to meet your request. Some shipping methods may not be available because of weight or other restrictions.

Please be aware that XYZ Merchandise LLC does not assume responsibility for international shipments that are lost during transit. Once the package has left our facility and the tracking information has been provided, the responsibility lies with the carrier.
